Hey guys! It's the Sunday Round-Up!

The Sunday Round-Up is a once/month OOC post in which everyone (everyone) posts a comment and just catches us all up on what your character has been up to since the last round-up. In this case, since the start of the game!

A lot has happened, and sometimes (especially with thread posts that can move slowly) it's hard for all the players to keep up with what every single character is doing. This is where we can condense all of that information for easy reference.

This is also a great chance to organise plot with other players and characters you might not have interacted with before, if circumstance makes plot possible.

So. Have at it! (And please try to comment within the next day or two, just so this too doesn't get lost in the bowels of the ooc comm.)

Hi all! I just want to apologies for going MIA on you like that! I'm not sure if many of you read my OOC journal but if you don't my laptop hasn't been charging and as that is my main and really only source of internet aside from Uni I obviously haven't really been online much this past week or so. It should hopefully be fixed by tomorrow unless well what the computer people did today didn't work (I would know except the hard drive wasn't being picked up.... technology hates me alright).

So yes! I should be back soon and active again!

I took a bit of a fall on Sunday and royally screwed up my ankle, and then got to have oh-so-fun ankle surgery. I'll be hiatusing through the weekend, since as it is, reading is making me rather woozy. Sorry for the inconveniences this will impose, especially with the game just relaunching. Yay, I'm glad so many of you have decided to stay!

The post is now closed, so if you didn't comment or talk to us through some other means, you will be removed. For those of you who emailed us with special questions/requests, we're discussing it right now and will get back to you very, very soon! :)

If anyone has any game-wide plots they're interested in seeing put into motion, feel free to comment here! When the game starts back up next week, we'll use everything that has happened since the initial start of the game as backstory of sorts, to make it easier for new applicants/players to assimilate to the game atmosphere.

Again, everything happens in real time, so seventh years have now graduated and have to face the NAA-influenced work world, and sixth years have stepped on up to their final year.

I'm working on reorganising the cast list and so on with updated character affiliations, so if we haven't already talked about where your character stands (or if it's not obvious), please let us know here!

I'm excited to play with all of you again! :D

HI THERE. (Warning, I talk a lot.) My name is Doran, and I am ~~excited~~ going to be playing this evil bastard here, Tom Riddle. He was recruited into the NAA just after he graduated, and he is now in the high position of the Nationalerinspektor. At the same time, he also became Grindelwald's student ~~and BFF~~, because the only thing better than one exceptionally powerful and influential dark wizard is two of them!

The secret is that a group was formed, similar to the Order of the Phoenix, in that it also deals with "enemies of the State", but it does much more ~~fun~~ unpleasant and illegal things such as torture and assassinations. They are, naturally, called Death Eaters, and though they operate under Grindelwald's command, Tom is their figurative leader, under the alias of "Lord Voldemort".

Riddle is still just as egotistical, power-hungry and cruel. The difference is that he's kept up that performance from his school years, so there are essentially two men here. Tom Riddle, who as far as the public is concerned is a polite and charming gentleman, and an upstanding wizard dedicated to the NAA (though they may not know his methods). And there's Lord Voldemort, only really known to his enemies and people who've seen him work, who is unspeakably ruthless and sadistic. Which one do you know?

Hello there!

Well, I'm Jansen, and I come bearing another old codger. And this one actually looks old! (Sort of.) This is Elphias Doge, an old friend of Albus Dumbledore's from back in their Hogwarts days. He's travelled all over the world, and worked for a long time in the International Confederation of Wizards. He still does, in fact, but slightly less-so. He's been advising for the Wizengamot recently as well. He's pretty neutral with the whole Resistance and NAA thing, but supports his friend as much as he can. Elphias is a little.. Concerned about things though. You can read a bit more about all that here in the handy bio I just spent far too long on. Not that the length would indicate. XD

Soooo, yes. My contact info will be a couple of lines down, and I'm excited to be playing with you all, and I hope to get some interesting plottage going with my sensible little far-too-loyal nonagenarian here.

What, me applying a character while on vacation and then finding a way to steal wifi from another condo in order to intro her? Of course I wouldn't do that! *cough*.

This is Mona Selwyn, full name Desdemona. She's the daughter of an Irish wizarding family that is almost as old as the Blacks. Their downfall in society is the whole Irish bit, and that during the potato famine they went broke. Her grandfather rebuilt their gigantic fortune by inviting the wizarding radio and owning two of the biggest stations and her father (Hamlet Selwyn) furthered it by making deals with the NAA. She's about to graduate as a Slytherin, and she's just as slimy as one would think. Manipulative, social climbing, power hungry and far too clever for her own good Mona would love to marry up into the NAA ranks or even old pureblood family (watch out male Blacks...except Sirius. Because he's a dirty traitor).

Right now, she's slated to be Gellert's new personal secretary and her brother (Hamlet Jr.) is in the NAA as well. She doesn't connect with people very well, but has the ability to make you think she's just a harmless, adorable weak minded woman. Random fact, but she's the Selwyn in possession of the Selwyn Locket that Umbridge had in the books.

So...lines?

So hi there! I'm Alex and I know, I already know the majority of you but for those who don't I'm 19, Australian and studying to become a Librarian.

On a much more interesting note I have Lucius Malfoy here who I call Lucy :D He's a Political Advisor for people in the Ministry. He's in love with his wife, a member of the Resistance and wants to bring his wife in. He also hates the fact with working with Andromeda and Sirius (damn blood traitors). kastration

Hey guys!

So I am fully moved in (yay) and I have internet again (double yay). I've actually had internet for the past couple of days but moving just before the end of the semester is seriously bad news, ESPECIALLY if you work full time in addition to going to grad school full time. I do not recommend it. I thought I was going to have to commit academic seppuku or something because things were looking mighty grim at the end there...but somehow, I managed to not only finish unpacking, but I also got my life in order and as of a presentation I gave two hours ago...I'm done for the semester! So I'm back!

Sorry for the long delay. I'll be back for tagging, plotting and AIMing on the morrow.
